Our delivery is worldwide.

When will I receive my sweets?

Subscription closes every 23rd of the month and we start shipping on the 25th.You will receive your sweets if you subscribed to any of our plans.

I haven’t received my sweets. What happened?

There are different inevitable circumstances that may cause the delay of delivery. These include:

  • Customs. Each country has its own custom regulation. Sometimes, your sweets can be with the customs for up to a week.
  • Incorrect address. We advise all our candy lovers to check their confirmation email and inform us ASAP if there are any mistakes with their shipping details.
  • Other. Please send us an email and we’ll be glad to help.

Can I change the address of my subscription?

Yes! Let us know by using our contact form with a subject line “change of address”. We will send you a confirmation reply. However, we will be unable to make changes if your delivery has already been processed. We advise you to contact us ASAP.
